We will agree on a set number of cleaning hours during our phone consultation. If it looks like we’ll need more time to finish everything, we’ll let you know at least an hour before the scheduled finish. This gives you the choice to either approve the extra time or ask us to focus on your top priorities within the original slot.
A mileage surcharge of £0.25 per mile applies to all bookings located more than 10 miles from our base in ST1.
To guarantee our high standard of finish, we maintain a 3-hour minimum booking for all regular cleaning sessions.
Achieving a truly germ-free environment is our top priority. For the highest standard of hygiene, we recommend using your own cleaning supplies and equipment. This method completely eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between homes.
Prefer us to bring supplies? We can do that! For an extra £5/hr, we guarantee a dedicated, sanitised set of products used exclusively in your home—never transferred elsewhere.
